Results only work environment - hmmmm - that sounds like the affiliate marketing industry and what Forge Media has been doing for years!
We’re judged purely on our outputs.
Our compensation is determined purely by the revenue we generate.
Our ‘employers’ seldom - if ever meet us in person.
We agree the scope of work and results quarterly and work to deliver that!

How could we improve the ForgeROWE even more?
Not everyone that’s in the office needs to be in the office.
Employees should push for more clarity on the results that are expected for each task, deliverable.
Work smarter - not harder!
